Bowel Dysfunction

Since yesterday I've visited the toilet for at least 15 times. Same thing happened on Saturday, about 9 times. Instead of making my dear readers go through paragraphs describing fluid faeces, here's a very sweet yet disturbing video for you to watch:

I wish I could animate like that. LOL

The Makings of an UMNO Politician

Taken from Malaysia Today:

An old kampung imam had a teenage son, and it was getting time the boy should give some thought to choosing a profession.

Like many young men his age, the boy didn't really know what he wanted to do, and he didn't seem too concerned about it.

One day, while the boy was away at school, his father decided to try an experiment. He went into the boy's room and placed on his study table four objects.

1. The Holy Quran.
2. A fifty ringgit note.
3. A bottle of whiskey.
4. And a Playboy magazine.

"I'll just hide behind the door," the old imam said to himself. "When he comes home from school today, I'll see which object he picks up."

"If it's the holy book, he's going to be an imam like me, and what a blessing that would be!"

"If he picks up the fifty ringgit note, he's going to be a businessman, and that would be okay, too."

"But if he picks up the bottle, he's going to be a no-good drunken bum, and God, what a shame that would be."

"And worst of all if he picks up that magazine he's going to be a skirt-chasing womaniser."

The old man waited anxiously, and soon heard his son's footsteps as he entered the house whistling and heading for his room.

The boy tossed his books on the bed, and as he turned to leave the room he spotted the objects on the table. With curiosity in his eye, he walked over to inspect them. Finally, he picked up the Holy Book and placed it under his arm. He picked up the fifty ringgit note and dropped into his pocket. He uncorked the bottle and took a big drink, while he admired the magazine's centerfold.

"God have mercy," the old imam disgustedly whispered. "He's going to be an UMNO politician!"

Screw you, Young

You effectively ruined my life by introducing me to a certain gadget in one of your bygone blog posts. Now my bank account has been reduced from 4 to 3 figures and I'm addicted to the damn piece of electronic damnation for the rest of my holidays. What is the offending thing, you ask? Look below:

My brand-new spanking iPod Touch 2nd Gen which I've owned for about 2 weeks already. GOD This thing is HEAVEN (other than paid apps BOOHOO) It has addictive games, online messaging (PALRINGO BEATS FRING, YOUNG :D), the most awesome portable web browser and... Oh did I forget music? LOL The touch screen is accurate and intuitive and I can say I'm in love with Apple after this *_* SCREW YOU, YOUNG!!

His March blog post exposed me to the existence of the iPod Touch, what I call "An iPhone that doesn't make calls :D" (it's actually ENGRAVED at the back of mine.. LOL) Without that god forsaken blog post, I wouldn't have known nuts about the existence of it, yet he HAD to post it up. After being made giddy by stupid Maxis' continuous iPhone advertisements, I wanted a device that could do the stuff it did. Now the combination of my iPod Touch + Nokia N82 effectively kicks the iPhone's ass soundly. I can have all the great applications WHILE having a kickass camera (you wanted me to downgrade from a 5MP Xenon flash to Apple's 2MP??)

Mine's an 8GB model, the smallest capacity out there. While Young's is probably a bigger one, I HAVE THE SUPERB APPLE IN-EAR HEADPHONES WAHAHAHAHAHAHA STOCK EARBUDS SUCK, DUDE *SHOT* XD

My life is complete.

While Young's is coming to an end when I meet him.

LOL J/K

(Please excuse the messy state of my bed in the background, I was happily snoozing at 10am when DHL called me to say they were outside my house with my Apple shipment LOL)

Have you ever heard of Chuck Norris?

Well if you haven't, here's a brief introduction to Chuck Norris facts, adapted from Wikipedia XD

Chuck Norris facts are satirical factoids about martial artist and actor Chuck Norris that have become an Internet phenomenon and as a result have become widespread in popular culture. The facts are normally absurd hyperbolic claims about Norris's toughness, attitude, virility, sophistication, and masculinity. The facts typically claim that Chuck Norris is some type of tough, all-powerful superbeing. The Chuck Norris facts have spread around the world, leading not only to translated versions, but also spawning localized versions mentioning country-specific advertisements and other Internet phenomena. Allusions are also sometimes made to his use of roundhouse kicks to perform seemingly any task, his large amount of body hair with specific regard to his beard, and his role in the action television series Walker, Texas Ranger.

I seriously enjoy reading some of these absurd facts (maybe cause I'm weird LOL) so I felt like sharing some of my favourites with my readers XD

1. There is no theory of evolution. Just a list of animals Chuck Norris allows to live.

2. The original draft of The Lord of the Rings featured Chuck Norris instead of Frodo Baggins. It was only 5 pages long, as Chuck roundhouse-kicked Sauron’s ass halfway through the first chapter.

3. Newton's Third Law is wrong: Although it states that for each action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, there is no force equal in reaction to a Chuck Norris roundhouse kick.

4. There are no races, only countries of people Chuck Norris has beaten to different shades of black and blue.

5. Police label anyone attacking Chuck Norris as a Code 45-11.... a suicide.

6. Chuck Norris doesn't churn butter. He roundhouse kicks the cows and the butter comes straight out.

7. A Handicapped parking sign does not signify that this spot is for handicapped people. It is actually in fact a warning, that the spot belongs to Chuck Norris and that you will be handicapped if you park there.

8. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is based on a true story: Chuck Norris once swallowed a turtle whole, and when he crapped it out, the turtle was six feet tall and had learned karate.

9. Little known medical fact: Chuck Norris invented the Caesarean section when he roundhouse-kicked his way out of his monther's womb

10. Scientists have estimated that the energy given off during the Big Bang is roughly equal to 1CNRhK (Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick)

There are many more I'd like to share, but the post would be freaking long LOL I hope you got some laughs out of this! Or Chuck Norris will roundhouse kick you >D LOL *LAME* If you want to read more, search it up! There are thousands of Chuck Norris facts floating around the internet LOL

A Peek Into One of My Hobbies

..Specifically, the act of drawing anime characters :D

If you read my previous post, you'd realize I'm an artist, and a picky one at that LOL Since Young told me to post some of my works here, well, I thought I could talk a bit about the things I use to draw too XD

This is my 2 1/2 months old Wacom Intuos3 6x8 graphics tablet. I've always wanted a good tablet but before this I couldn't manage my own money and only got my dad to buy me a Genius graphics tablet that is currently retired XD;; While CGing mid February I realized my ol' Genius had reached the end of its useful life and so decided to go on the market for a replacement. Wacom is the unchallenged industry leader in the graphics tablet business, so I chose it to ensure I won't be disappointed with what I buy XD The Intuos series is its mid-range graphics tablet range (low-end being Bamboo and high-end being the crazily-expensive Cintiq) and god I halved my bank account purchasing this ;_; I can say I'm one happy user though and Wacom really is in a league of it's own when compared to my previous flimsy Genius tablet. Here's the first piece of artwork I finished with it:

Well I sketched it on paper first, then scanned it and did the lineart and colouring with Adobe Photoshop CS3 XD For a brief background on the image, the girl is A-chan, a mascot I designed for the anime blog Anime Desho Desho?, which has sadly met its maker XD;; It was my first time linearting with a tablet and my Intuos did not disappoint at all :) In the first tablet image, you can actually see this artwork in progress LOL Don't stare at this too much, you'll start to see the mistakes =__=;;

Next is my set of Copic Sketch markers. Arguably the best markers to use for anime art too, god the brush function is to die for. Sadly I never got close to doing decent art with my markers, and they're currently collecting dust in a messy stack =X There are 49 markers in the picture and they didn't come in a set. I had to stand for hours at Kinokuniya Singapore and carefully choose which colours I wanted LOL Like the Intuos, getting the best in the market doesn't come cheap, as one marker costs SGD6. Times that with 49 markers and realise the beating my wallet took LOL

Oddly (maybe not considering the state of my room LOL), I can't seem to find my best marker artwork LOL It's an Organisation Chart for my Form 5 class where my classmates inexplicably voted for me to become the Head of... Er... Decoration, maybe LOL So I had to make the chart and believe me, you wouldn't have thought it was some Organisation Chart at first glance, because who draws Chinese anime females on those LMAO God my artistic sense sucks so bad, but hey, those classmates of mine voted for me and all I can do is anime art, so... You get what you paid for LMAO My friend told me some junior saw the picture before and commented that it was "impossible to be drawn by a student", which was... flattering, I guess LOL If I can find the goddamn chart I'll snap a picture and post it up XD

Well that's all I have to blog today. I have a shipment due next week so I might post some tech review or something LOL I'm also going to Thailand this weekend, so I might blog about it XD Till next time!
